11-Month Inspection
New Construction

Prior to your one-year ending it is recommended to have an inspection.  The inspection identifies in detail any defects or issues that may have occurred during your first year of home ownership.

The inspection is a full evaluation of the property. It is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components, such as the roof, electrical, structure, heating and cooling, plumbing, appliances, and other components.

This gives you an opportunity during your one-year builder warranty period to have defects identified and corrected.

Got Mold? Xspect Mold Solutions!

Poor indoor air-quality (IAQ) can be detrimental to the health and safety of your family and pets. Poor IAQ can be the result of mold/bacteria, carbon monoxide, and other harmful pollutants, etc. These can be found within the home’s HVAC system, vents, carpet, kitchens, interiors, bathrooms, and places that may have experienced a moisture problem (leak, intrusion, etc). A Mold Assessment can identify potential harmful contaminants.
